The first step is contacting me to complete an intake form. It determines the extent of a plan that you require and which documents will best meet your goals. After I have reviewed the form, we meet to discuss details so I can draft your estate plan. Once we agree on your plan, we execute the documents and finish any procedural steps to ensure the documents are in effect and all required parties are put on notice of the document's existence.
